Triptory(이하 "본 앱")는 출장·여행자를 위한 현지 정보와 팁을 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 본 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관·파기하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

가. 회원 가입 및 로그인 시

• 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화되어 저장되며 원문은 확인할 수 없습니다), 닉네임(표시 이름)

나. 서비스 이용 과정에서 이용자가 직접 생성하는 정보

• 현장 리뷰(내용, 태그, 장소명, 국가) 및 리뷰에 첨부한 사진
• 여정(방문 국가, 시작일, 종료일)과 여정에 등록한 도시·숙소(이름, 좌표)
• 동선 추천 요청 조건(날짜, 시간대, 테마, 동행, 페이스, 출발·도착 장소)과 생성된 동선
• 공유한 동선(방문 순서, 한 줄 설명)과 다른 이용자의 동선에 대한 추천·저장 기록
• 도시 뱃지·타이틀 획득 기록(획득 시각과 획득한 순간의 위치 좌표)
• 즐겨찾기, "도움됐어요" 반응 기록
• 신고·차단 기록(부정 이용 방지 목적)
• 이용약관·개인정보처리방침 동의 기록(동의한 판 번호, 시각, 플랫폼, 앱 버전)

다. 위치정보

• 홈 화면에서 현재 국가의 날씨·환율·안전 정보를 표시할 때는 기기 내에서 일시적으로만 사용되며 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
• 동선 추천에서 현재 위치를 출발지로 쓰면(「지금 여기서」) 그 좌표가 서버로 전송되어 동선 생성에 사용되고, 그 동선을 저장하면 출발지로 함께 보관됩니다. 저장하지 않으면 남지 않습니다.
• 공유한 동선에는 숙소·날짜·출발지가 포함되지 않습니다.
• 도시 뱃지는 앱을 열어 위치를 얻는 순간에만 판정합니다. 뱃지를 획득하면 그 순간의 좌표가 획득 기록과 함께 보관되며, 획득하지 않으면 남지 않습니다.
• 한국 안에서는 뱃지 판정을 위해 현재 좌표가 서버를 거쳐 카카오(주)로 전송되어 시·군·구 확인에만 쓰이며, 이 조회 내용은 저장되지 않습니다.
• 위치 권한은 거부할 수 있으며, 거부 시 홈 화면의 현지 정보, 「지금 여기서」, 도시 뱃지 획득만 제한됩니다.

라. 자동으로 수집되는 정보

• 본 앱은 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않으며, 외부 광고·행태 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 출장 알림(D-1 리마인더)은 이용자의 기기 안에서만 예약·발송되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

• 회원 관리(가입, 로그인, 본인 확인)
• 서비스 제공(팁·리뷰 표시, 여정 관리, 동선 추천·공유 운영, 등급·리더보드 운영)
• 부정 이용 방지 및 문의 대응

3. 보관 기간 및 파기

• 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.
• 이용자가 작성한 공개 콘텐츠(리뷰 등)는 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

본 앱은 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 데이터가 국외에서 보관·처리될 수 있습니다.

• Supabase Inc. (미국 등 해외 리전) — 데이터베이스, 회원 인증, 사진 저장소 운영
• 날씨 정보 제공사 — 날씨 조회 시 대략적인 위치 좌표가 전송되며, 저장이나 이용자 식별 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
• 환율 정보 제공사 — 통화 코드만 전송되며 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
• 카카오(주) — 한국 안 장소를 검색할 때 검색어와 지역 코드가, 도시 뱃지를 판정할 때 현재 위치 좌표가 전송됩니다. 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보는 함께 전송되지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 제공

본 앱은 법령에 근거한 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

• 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
• 데이터베이스 접근 권한 통제(행 단위 보안 정책 적용)
• 비밀번호 일방향 암호화 저장

Triptory ("the App") is a mobile application that provides local tips and information for business and leisure travelers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use, store, and delete it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account: email address, password (stored encrypted; we cannot see the original), and display name.
• User content: reviews (text, tags, place name, country), review photos, trip records (country and dates) and the cities and hotels (name, coordinates) added to a trip, plan requests (date, time window, themes, companion, pace, start and end places) and the generated plans, shared plans (order of stops, one-line description), recommendations and saves of other users' plans, favorites, "helpful" reactions, report and block records (to prevent abuse), city badge and title records (the time earned and your coordinates at that moment), and records of your consent to the Terms and this Policy (version, time, platform, app version).
• Location: for home-screen weather, exchange rates, and safety information it is used only on your device and is not stored on our servers. If you use your current location as the starting point of a plan ("From here"), the coordinates are sent to our server to generate the plan and, if you save that plan, are stored with it as its starting point; they are not kept if you do not save. Shared plans never include hotels, dates, or starting points. City badges are checked only at the moment the App obtains your location when you open it. If you earn a badge, the coordinates at that moment are stored with the badge record; nothing is kept if no badge is earned. Within Korea, your current coordinates are sent through our server to Kakao Corp. solely to identify the city or district you are in, and that lookup is not stored. You may deny the permission; only the home-screen local info, "From here", and earning city badges will be limited.
• Automatic collection: the App does not collect advertising identifiers and does not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics tools. Trip reminders are scheduled locally on your device and are not sent to any server.

2. How We Use Information

To manage accounts, provide the service (tips, reviews, trip management, plan recommendations and sharing, rankings), prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries.

3. Retention and Deletion

Personal data is deleted without delay when you delete your account, except where retention is required by law. Public content you created (such as reviews) is deleted together with your account.

4. Processors and International Transfer

• Supabase Inc. (regions outside Korea, including the U.S.) — database, authentication, and photo storage.
• Weather data provider — approximate coordinates are transmitted to fetch weather and are not stored or used to identify you.
• Exchange-rate data provider — only currency codes are transmitted.
• Kakao Corp. — when you search for a place in Korea, the search text and region code are transmitted, and when a city badge is checked, your current coordinates are transmitted. No information that identifies you is sent with them.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data at any time via the contact below.
